We do not charge a fee for our mortgage advice or arranging a mortgage for you. We carry out the business for the commission paid to us by the lender.

INSURANCE PRODUCTS

We do not charge a fee for the advice given and arrangement of insurance products. We carry out the business for the commission paid to us by the lender.

EQUITY RELEASE

£ NO FEE

We do not charge a fee for the advice given and arrangement of Equity Release. We carry out the business for the commission paid to us by the lender.

PENSIONS

As we are not paid a commission on Pension business, there will be a fee. I am unable to give a generic fee as it varies from case to case, but this will be disclosed before business is carried out.

INVESTMENTS
